NEW BEDFORD — With New Bedford focused on offshore renewable energy as part of its plan to establish the city as the leading ocean economy on the East Coast, key partnerships continue to be formed.A delegation of 15 Belgian businesses visited New Bedford Friday as part of a larger Belgian Economic Mission to the United States organized by the trade association Flanders Investment & Trade and the Consulate General of Belgium.The New Bedford Ocean Cluster hosted the delegation at the New Bedford Whaling Museum Friday.
